Conference Registration now available
Registration options include: email (MS Word Registration Form as an attachment) / fax and postal registration
(download a MS WORD or
PDF documents).
All conference costs and payment details are listed below.
registration fee structure: A registration
form must be completed by all participants (including session
speakers) to ensure the list of participants is complete.
full registration includes: All conference
sessions, all morning and afternoon teas, lunches, entry to
the welcome reception and West End event.
concession registration includes: as per full registration
and is available to students, pensioners, and seniors (documentation
required as evidence of concession status).
day registration includes: Conference sessions,
morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the day selected. The
day registration fee does not include opening and closing
events.
early bird rate: is available for registrations received and
paid by
30 November 2003.
on-site registration: Payment may be made
at the event, but a 10% surcharge will be payable for registering/paying
on the day (pending availability).
privacy statement: In registering for this
event your relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate
list for the benefit of all delegates and conference organisers.
Please check the NO box on the registration form if you do
not wish to be included on the listing.
payment of fees: Payment of fees must accompany the registration
form. Major credit cards are accepted – Visa, Master
Card and American Express. Cheques/money orders should be
made payable, in Australian dollars, to Curtin University.
All registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and
include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
cancellations: All cancellations must be
advised in writing to the space between Registrations.
Cancellations made before 1 March 2004 will be refunded in
full less a $99 handling fee. Cancellations received after
1 March and before 14 April 2004 will receive a 50% refund.
Refunds of fees after 14 April 2004 will only be made in exceptional
circumstances. Transfer of registration to another person
may be made without penalty at any time.
Please note: Cancellations made after March 30 2004 will not
be processed until after the conference period.
